Ponder


A deep rooted thought,

A ponder for us mortal lots,

Easy is to accumulate in lots, 

Wealth, goodies, friends or character,

Difficult is to share the plot,

Consistently, constantly wherever it matters,

To have sanity and empathy in sync, 

Without emotions taking you over the brink.

A balance is maintained,

A inner peace is attained.
