From my Balcony


From my Balcony



What I see from my balcony,

A big mango tree leaning,

A group of ants trailing,

A bus waiting for spares,

A truck undergoing repairs,

A pre-school filled with tiny-tots,

Two teachers walking down the parking lot,

Office canteen preparing breakfast,

College girls running lest they would be last,

The hall getting decked up for a wedding,

Only the beautiful name banner was pending,

People walking into the wedding hall to attend the celebrations,

Some cars zoom past homes without hesitation,

These are some of the things I see from my balcony.
